A final estimate, proposal, or service agreement provided directly by Northern Air will control if it differs from information presented on the Site.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORTHERN AIR AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any legal action arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in or over Washington County, Maryland. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or modified to most closely reflect its original intent. The remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Northern Air’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other notices or policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Northern Air regarding your use of the Site.

These Terms apply specifically to use of the Site. HVAC estimates, proposals, installations, repairs, maintenance services, warranties, financing arrangements, and other business transactions may be governed by separate written agreements and terms.

Changes to These Terms

Northern Air may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
