Outstanding responsiveness and excellent service! After our previous HVAC company told us they couldn't come for 3 days to fix our A/C, I called Northern. Todd returned my call right away and at was my house in about an hour. Had the A/C working right away and the cost was less than expected.
Todd and Adam are simply amazing. I have had an issue with my unit for some time. Todd was in my house for 5 minutes when he told me what the issue was and fixed it. My unit was almost 40 years old with tons of mold. I had been told before I'd have to replace it but every other person was quoting me over 10K and didn't even try to fix the initial problem. Todd was patient in explaining all the technical terms, was easy to reach when I had questions and was on time and completely professional the whole time he was doing work in my home. Todd comes VERY HIGHLY recommended, is honest and does good work!! Exceptional service, A++++
I worked with Todd via American Home Shield and am glad that we got him! Our unit and coils were going bad and Todd was able to get everything in within a week and get it all replaced quickly, cleanly and with no further issues. We are returning to Todd to see about getting a second zone installed for our upstairs. Highly recommend this company.
Todd was very helpful, reached out to me Sunday evening to let me know when to expect him and he took information from me about the issue. He came out and fixed my furnace and when the heat went back out he returned promptly after his other appointment to fix the part that popped loose. Todd is highly recommend, knowledgeable, so pleasant, honest and trustworthy. He mentioned that he was glad it was furnace issue and not a zone issue. They have to refer work when it’s the zone so I was pleased as well. He’s my first call every time!

Outstanding. Northern Air arrived early this morning, diagnosed the problem and resolved the issue. We now have heat in our bedrooms. If I could award more stars or rate on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, Northern Air & Heating would receive a Perfect score of 10.
